It seems as though, every time I do an outfit post, I have some reason why I don't think the pictures turned out that great! That's probably terrible! In this case, I think I look way too tired, and not too attractive because of it! Oh dear, we are our own worsts critics, are we not?
Although I like this ruffled top paired better tucked into a skirt, I thought I would give it a try with my denim leggings. I think it looks pretty good, but I still prefer this shirt tucked it. I think doing so gives this loose top a more flattering silhouette.
I feared that with the top being so loose, I might appear to be pregnant! My husband kept trying to assure me, this was indeed absurd!
I just love the ruffled neckline of this top, it's what drew me to it in the first place! It's also a silky material, so very soft to the touch!

Do any of you have a fear of looking pregnant or chubby while wearing some loose fitting tops?
I do like to wear loose top,s and I don't think all of them give this appearance, but this one gets me just a wee bit self conscious!

ReplyDeleteI always buy my shirts too big. I never want them to be to tight so I go baggy and then it looks like I am pregnant. I try to make sure that I am not giving the "with child impression" though!
