Current Love: Chanel Resort 2012

Hello girls!  How are all my lovely readers today?  I hope all is well!  I have been working like crazy, more then I ever have before, so much so, that I got 20 hours of overtime!  So as you can tell, that's what I've been up to lately!  Luckily I have some time today, to check out some things online, stop by your blogs, and look and see what's new!

Something that really caught my attention today, was Chanel's Resort 2012 collection!  Chanel never disapoints me anyway, but there are some exceptional dresses!  Some of these would be perfect for a Greecian vacation! Check out my favorites from the collection!! 

 How Chanel Does Bathing suits:

I love her sunglasses!  

And pairing the suit with that jacket, so Chanel! 

But would you wear a jacket with your bathing suit?

I just love this long cape!  I would feel very luxurious if I actually had some place to wear a bathing suit with a long cape like that! 

THE WHITES:

I Love this dress, or maybe it's a shirt and dress combo, but the puffy sleeves, paired with a high waist looks so pretty!  Those boot things however, are not my style, although several of the models wore them!  There like a boot and flip flop combo..... a little strange I think!

This dress is so easy going yet, simply stunning! 

 I'm not so sure if I like the flowers on the straps, but the shape of this dress and the slit on the one side, is so gorgeous!

I love this dress paired with that belt!

This dress is probably my favorite!  The light gray tone is elegant, and the flow of this dress makes for a perfect Grecian holiday!  Don't you think??

Chanel Goes To China!

I really love this black leather suit below! Looks tough but girly at the same time!



Can you imagine wearing earrings like what most of the girls are wearing? It would really take some getting used to because of how long they are.



I love this green outfit here. Very cute!

I must have a thing for red, because lately, that's what's been catching my eye a lot! It really draws your attention!! Next time I go shopping I think I might pick up a red top or something. Hopefully I get a gift card to Forever 21. We will see. I haven't gone shopping in forever! We are just trying to be wise with our money and not spend it on something we really don't need.

What do you think about Chanel's collection in Shanghai? Do you like what you see? What caught your eye the most? Would you wear any of it?

Also, I'm in need of a new winter coat. Any ideas on where to go? I don't want to spend a whole of money, but I need something new. My winter coat now, has just about had it. I don't like anything really puffy, I just don't think it's flattering on me. I need something warm. It gets pretty cold here in Indiana. Any suggestions?? Where do you purchase your winter coats?

7. Books: I absolutely love getting lost in a good book! People who don't read are missing out! I wish I had that much room in my apartment for a bookcase like that!!

Onto Acceptable or Not

So I am still new at wearing leggings....I've got a question....does this shirt work with just a pair of black leggings rather than jeans? Is it long enough? It does cover my back end...lol....so is it acceptable to wear out? Just wondering what you all think....let me know! What do you pair with leggings??

Birthday Recap!!

Alright, so this is my priced procession!! My very own Chanel purse! Compliments of my husband!! He completely surprised me, and he picked it out all on his own! I think that is very impressive!! I haven't been taking it out everyday or everywhere I go, first off it's been raining a lot here lately, and I'm not taking any chances with ruining the leather! Second, where I work, I'm afraid it would get dirty, there is no really good spot to set it. So, as of right now, it goes out on beautiful days, and when I'm not at work! lol

My mom's boyfriend actually made me this cake for my birthday!! I told him I wanted a Chanel cake!! I loved it! It had a raspberry and bavarian cream filling in a vanilla type cake. Also he adds rum to his cake sometimes to make it moist, so there was raspberry rum added to it. The cake just soaks it up pretty much. Anyway, it was delicious!

Last but not least, are pictures of my new flats!! I've never owned flats before, so it's a pretty big deal to me! lol I'm short so it was hard for me to embrace flats, but I'm glad I can around!! The giraffe ones on the left are a gift from my mom, and the zebra striped ones on the right, are a gift from my best friend Kim.

Put Your Brights On!

So I like these looks. I especially like the orange and pink shades. I think they are gorgeous!! I can't remember what designers those two were, but I know the second pic on the right is oscar. I will have to find out the other ones. I'm ready for wearing bright colors! I think those look beautiful! What do you think? Will you be wearing bright fun colors this summer? Or will you avoid them? I really like the tropical feel to them....

I'm going to go home tonight and take some pictures of my new stuff! Sorry I'm behind on that! lol I've just been so busy, but I'm thrilled to show you all my new exciting stuff! Especially my Chanel purse!!!

I'm going to wear a new outfit I got for my birthday, on Easter Sunday so I will be sure to take pics of that outfit then! Thanks for still following even though I feel like I haven't been that interesting lately! But I am hoping to change that!

Birthday Surpises!!!

Alright, so I'm sorry I haven't been on in almost a week. It was my birthday Sunday, and then Tuesday we took the day and went to the mall and shopped. I also had a lot of school stuff to get done. I just finished an essay so I'm all yours for now! lol

You will not believe what my husband got me for my birthday! A Chanel purse!! Yes that's right, I said Chanel!! I'm sure many of you already own designer bags, but this blogger does not....and I've always wanted a Chanel purse!! So I was thrilled and surprised to receive one! He got a good deal on it, thankfully. He wanted to get me a black and white one, but that wasn't one of the choices he had. So I got an all white Chanel purse! Which, of course, is still amazing! I just need to be extra cautious as to not get it dirty!! I haven't even had a chance to take any pics of my new Chanel purse or any of the other stuff I got this week, but I will have them up on here soon, I promise!!

And, yes, I am totally addicted to polyvore. I can't help it!!! It's new to me and I love it!!! I'm also addicted to this blog, but that's understandable right??
