Finding the right clothes for your personality

Each day I’m going to showcase a character from Sex and the City. I will show you where you can buy pieces of clothing or accessories that are similar to that character’s taste! I know most of us are on some type of a budget so I have tried to stay reasonably priced in what I find. I also know many of us love the clothes the girls from Sex and the City wore on the show as well as the movie, so I’m hoping you enjoy this part of my blog!

Today’s Featured Sex and the City character is:

Charlotte!
You want a cute and classy wardrobe, with a lot of Ralph Lauren and Marco Polo, as well as floral dresses! Since you’re a romantic at heart, your clothes often depict that! If you dig deep inside your wardrobe you could find a couple of very sexy outfits!
Since Charlotte is a romantic at heart, I found a lot of floral print dresses, as well as classy and sophisticated tops. She reminds me of a 50’s housewife in a way. She’s conservative and very traditional. I hope you like my finds:

Sunshine on A Rainy Day

Yellow, is a color that may not be for everyone, but it is a color that I think has a cheerful look to it. It's can be bright or soft, but yet always remind you of the sun. How can you have a gloomy day if your wearing bright yellow?! Can you believe that strapless yellow dress in only $14.50 from Forever 21! That is a good deal!! I may have to order that online! I've never actually bought clothes from online, I've bought makeup, of course, mark makeup online, and books, and dvds from amazon but never clothes. I get to nervous buying stuff I can't actually try on first. Do any of you feel that way too? If you do buy clothes online, where do you shop and is it affordable??

Embracing White

Having fun on Polyvore again! I love how crisp white looks!! I think that white umbrella looks elegant and graceful! The flower rings are cute and all of the other fun stuff obviously caught my eye!!

Do you embrace white? Or are you afraid to wear it since it can easily be ruined? I have a pair of white pants, that thankfully I have not gotten any stains on, and I have had them for a couple of years!! I love them!

Coming Attraction: My Birthday!

So my birthday is coming up soon. It's April 5th. I want a shopping spree.....new clothes, accessories...etc.... Do any of you have any suggestions on what I need to get? lol Or where I need to shop? I'm open to ideas. I'm looking for summer clothes and other fun stuff! Also I'm thinking about buying a pair of flats....something I normally wouldn't do since I'm only 5'3...but I'm feeling daring....Also I'm wanting some new makeup I think.....Any ideas would be helpful, but remember I'm not full of $$....but it's my birthday so other people are spending the money! haha

It's hard for me to believe I'm going to be 23 years old! I don't really feel my age.....hmmm...but what does 22 really feel like?? I feel happy....

On The Streets

So I don't know if any of you have noticed these ads in your magazines here lately, but they have definitely caught my attention! I absolutely love these clothes!! Isaac Mizrahi's new collection for Liz Clairborne looks fantastic!!! I want to wear these clothes!!! These streets are filled with very stylish people...lol....

Carrie Bradshaw!

Who doesn't love the fashion styles of Carrie Bradshaw?? Now I know she has made a few questionable choices throughout the show...lol....but mostly they are fantastic! I've been a huge fan of the show for a while now. I have all the seasons on dvd, and of course saw the movie on opening night, and bought it as soon as it came out!! I love that green dress and coat she wears below in a scene with Mr.Big!! All the clothes were great in this movie though, not just the ones worn by Carrie!

I for one though, did not like the huge thing she wore on her head for her 1st try at a wedding with Mr.Big (in the movie). The dress was great though! Here below are pics of SJP out and about in real life. I especially like the one on the left and how her hair is done!!!
