LOSE WEIGHT NATURALLY

I know losing weight is something most of us wouldn't mind.  It's something that some of think about little, while others of us think about a lot.  Wherever you fall, I hope you find today's post helpful!  Fruit is something I think many of us take for granted!  Sadly, many people snack on junk food rather than an apple.  We all need chips or cupcakes every so often right?  What we should be doing, however is swapping out those junk foods for real foods, like fruit!  There are so many options out there, even the pickiest eater should be able to find at least one type of fruit that they enjoy!

Fruits in general are very good for you, but there are certain ones that offer extra benefits.  You can find one type of fruit to be a good source of vitamin C, while another one is a good source of fiber.  Each one being unique.  So if you don't really know all that much about the benefit of fruits, or which ones are best to incorporate into your diet, if your looking to loose weight, read on.....
These are some of the best fruits out there for your diet!

APPLES:

Strawberries:
-carry enough Vitamin C and antioxidants, which fight free radicals that can damage cells

-1 small strawberry = 2 calories

Blueberries:
-Considered a "super food"
-rich in antioxidants and brain bulking capabilities
-most antioxidant healing power of any fruit or food
Fifty blueberries = 40 calories

water in food, much like fiber, can fill you up and decrease your appetite

watermelon: 92% water
50 calories per cup

cantaloupe: 90% water

You can't go wrong with eating something that's almost entirely water!  Watermelon is one of my favorite fruits too!  So yummy!  A perfect treat on a hot summer day!

What do you think?  Will you be doing any swapping this upcoming week?  Incorporating any new fruits?  What fruits do you love already?

I also love red grapes, you can eat 10 of those for 34 calories, not bad at all!  I hope this helps!

Just bookmarked this page. Eating fruit as a substitute for junk food is definitely one of the best way's to be healthier. And thanks for adding the nutritional values to all the fruits. I love all berries and cherries. We're growing cherries in our garden.

Very interesting post
My favourite fruit is the orange- I eat it every day!
I also really love all the berries - unfortunately they are so expensive (but probably it is worth the investment :-))
