HEAT STROKE

So the day started out a bit windy!  As you can see!

The breeze was the only thing keeping us from boiling to death though!  As much as I didn't like having to hold my skirt down, in fear of it blowing straight up, the breeze was much needed!

I'm wearing:

Shirt: Hollister
Skirt: Forever 21
Black Heels: Simply Vera by Vera Wang
Earrings: Forever 21

The heat has been unbearable as of late!  It's suppossed to be cooling down by the end of the weekend!  I really hope it does!!  I wish I had a pool in my backyard!  Or the time even to go swimming!

What are you girls doing with your summer?  Anything fun??  Are you dealing with brutal weather like we are here?  If so, how do you deal with it??
What's your go to items that you wear to survive the heat??

Anyway, I hope you girls are having a lovely start to your weekend!

Tasha, you look awesome in this skirt! I love the way you paired it with the chunky black heels. It never gets super hot in Santa Monica, but I still wish I had a pool! Right now it's been gloomy and cooler and we're all wishing we had a summer! I guess the grass is always greener. I do live close to the beach though so I spend a lot of time there during the summer months. Hope you have a great weekend!

Tasha that skirt is really really pretty! I love it!

I cope with the heat by staying indoors in the air conditioning most of the time :P I normally wear skirts and tops, breezy dresses, or cropped trousers and tops. And this summer I'm spending most of my time at home on Bangladesh trying to write 10,000 words about microcredit! Ahhh :(

You look so pretty. I absolutely love that skirt.

I'm in a really traditional country, so it's so hard to dress for the weather. I'm spending all my time in the hotel or indoor shopping centres.

Hope you have a great weekend.

We've been spending a LOT of time in the pool...well, I only have when I take a break from my latest job in my studio (theatre drapery in velvet...akkk...so...hot...) My husband is off for the summer (teacher) and having fun with our children but I have this huge job to do before we leave for a much needed vacay.
It rained here last night, but it's still crazy hot!! Have a good weekend :)

Adorable outfit, darling!
It's very hot here too, I sometimes go swimming on the beach, but not very often, not much time I'm afraid. :(

I really LOVE your t shirt! And it is so nicely combined with the skirt and the shoes!!

During these days, which are also really hot where I live, I mostly wear skirts or dresses to keep cool. Further I spend a lot of time at work where there is airconditioning :-)

Darling, I love the skirt and wished I could see a close up of your heels!

Living in a tropical country, a girl needs a lot of sundresses! So easy and very practical:)
