Spring Fever: PASTELS

 I spotted these new K Swiss Sneakers in a magazine recently, and although I'm not big on sneakers, only because I like a good heel to give me some height, lol, these spring inspired shades definitely caught my attention!!   

 Of course the pink ones are my favorite!!  Big surprise, right?? The Surf and Sand Hi tops are $55 and you can check out the details here.  They also come in a pastel green, and black as well. I thought these would look cute paired with pastel floral leggings.  What do you girls think?  Would you wear them?

Also I found something I thought was a bit unusual: Shrek Nail Polish?  Yep that's right!  To celebrate the New Shrek Movie: Shrek Forever After, OPI came out with a new nail color collection.  Take a Look:

I like the first two shades, and the lighter green shade is alright, but the others aren't really my cup of tea.  What do you think?  Would you wear any of these shades??   

Oh, I was checking out Forever 21's newest arrivals today, and this pastel purple skirt in now on my wish list!!  

It's simple, and cute!  The white floral eyelet self-tie bow front really makes the skirt!! I don't know what it is but I am really drawn to a pastel purple these days, and as usual the light pastel pink too!  Like these cute marble wash shorts from Forever 21 as well.

Oh, I really need some pastels in my wardrobe!!! Any suggestions?   Are you girls looking to add pastels to your closet, or are you way ahead of me??  Probably.........most of you usually are! :)

Super Sunday!

So another curly hair day.  I started the day with my bangs pinned back, but about half way through the day I took the bobby pins out and let my side bangs down.  I couldn't bare looking at my big forhead any longer!!  I know I'm terrible!  My husband says my forehead isn't even big, but it's just one of those things I've always thought since I was a little girl.  Least I grew into my big forehead more then when I was little!  lol I think we all have something we feel self conscious about that we feel is worse then it actually is in reality.  More often then not we're are own worst enemies in that sense! 

Anyway, the cream short sleeve sweater is from Charlotte Russe.

The blue tank and tan tank underneath are both Forever21                      

And the jeans are Bongo.

I love the back of the sweater. It's the first time I've worn it with a tank like this though, and I'm not sure I like it!  Either way I think the open detailing of the back is beautiful! 

I always have such a goofy expression!  Like in the picture to the left! I promise I will try to do better!  I guess I need to pratice posing infron of a mirror for a few hours!!! 

Also later on in the day I took my hand and ran them through the curls and I liked how that looked.  A looser curl but still decent volume!  I will continue to try new hairdo's.  I'm hoping that will make me look a bit more interesting! 

I know I've said it a lot but I really can't wait for spring!  I have a lot of cute new skirts I haven't worn yet because of this icky weather!  A couple more weeks and I will be able to break them out!!  Let's hope!  Anyway, I hope every single one of my readers are having a lovely day!!
